Service Desk & Support Technician

Looking for english (+optional german (italian, spanish)) speaking IT-HelpDesk Service Operator or Support Technician on a permanent position and for immediate or soon start in Munich for working in highly dynamic environment.

Job requirements:

    • Experience in a IT Support Services Contract / client, server and network environment
    • Experience on Personal Computers, in-house cabling, serial terminals, printers, modems, and back office emulation, servers and LAN 
    • Thorough knowledge of helpdesk operations to include a good knowledge of IT best practices, industry trends and customer service. ITIL knowledge is an added value
    • Experience in telephone support services delivery
    • Experience in IT incident management
    • Experience in delivering services in an International environment
    • Experience with PC’s, networks, terminals, serial printers, modems, servers and LAN.
    • Experience in System Administration
    • Any other experience needed to perform all the activities
    • NATO security clearance required or must be achived, Eurofighter production countries passport (UK, German, Spanish, Italian) required by customer
